Congratulations to Jim Chapman, President of Jim Chapman Communities, as he was recently elected to the position of Secretary of the Executive Committee for the 50+ Housing Council for 2009. The 50+ Housing Council is part of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, and Jim Chapman has served on the Board of Directors for two years now. His current position with the council is as the Sponsorship Chair, and he will happily take on the responsibilities of Secretary starting in 2009.
Being named to this position is great for Jim Chapman as it lines him up to serve as the Treasurer in 2010, Vice Chair in 2011 and then move to Chairman of the Board in 2012. Just as he was with his home building company in Atlanta, Jim Chapman is eager to push forward and continuously set new challenges for him to conquer. Without a doubt, Jim Chapman would be a fantastic Chairman of the Board for the 50+ Council Read More→
