Jim Chapman Receives Builder License in Georgia

Jim Chapman, who builds new communities in Atlanta that cater to adults wanting to make the most of their retirement age, recently received his Residential – Basic Contractor License from the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors. By acquiring this license, Jim Chapman is now able to act as the Qualifying agent for Jim Chapman Communities and any of its current active adult projects. Due to his excessive experience in the home building industry, being a residential contractor for more than a decade, he was able to apply for the license under the exam exemption privilege.

Congratulations to Jim! This is a great milestone in his career and even further qualifies him as an extraordinary home builder in Atlanta. As if the quality built homes and exceptional communities were not enough to illustrate his expertise in the Atlanta active adult community market, he now has one more credential under his belt.
